The Marquette Lounge offers a front-row seat to take in the sights and sounds of downtown Minneapolis from our sophisticated lobby bar & lounge. The seasonal, Minnesota-inspired menu features locally-inspired menu items, experiential cocktails, and an extensive wine list. The Marquette Hotel is proud to announce Peter Botcher as the new Executive Chef of The Marquette Lounge, previously known as Jacques’ Restaurant. The Marquette Lounge offers breakfast, lunch, power hour, and dinner. A personal favorite of the Chef’s is the Lowery Hills Meats Bratwurst, which will be paired with bacon-braised sauerkraut and spicy mustard on a pretzel bun. Menu items include a prime steak burger, Korean chili-honey glazed fried chicken wings, grilled Skuna Bay salmon with cheddar grits, a variety of artisanal pizzas, and much more.
